hi .. I am a NON RUNNER in normal schedules. I have just started practicing. Ran 5 -6 km on Friday. None since then. but restarting from tomorrow. what would be a good traning schedule that you would reccommend to help me build up to the 21 km? I have done it twice in 2006. now reattempting after 3 years. |
