Hi anurag,
First you need to lose at least 10-12 kgs, for which running practice will certainly help you.
For weight loss and preparation for Marathon, increase your protein intake and reduce carbs till last week of October.
You may increase almonds and Walnuts intake.
Just 1 day before Marathon load urself wid carbs.
I m sure you will b able to reduce and enjoy ur run as well. |
