THE MAXIMUM TIME THEY ARE ALLOWING IS 3.00 hrs, AFTER THAT TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS WILL BE LIFTED. I THINK EVEN A SLOWEST RUNNER WILL DO IN THIS TIME LIMIT. I AM SAYING A RUNNER AND NOT A WALKER BECAUSE A WALKER CAN TAKE MUCH MORE TIME.
