I am an overweight, determined, runner! Please suggest me training schedule!!

I am overweight but a sportsperson since long. I weigh 85Kg at 5'9". I have been running intermittently. I used to run 8-10 Km till a year back & at that time I used to weigh 80kg. I have completed 2007 Great Delhi run (7KM) in 39 minutes & Half Marathon has been a dream. These days I am running 3KM in 17-18 minutes. And have touched max. distance of 7 Km in 48 min. Coz of being overweight I do get cramps & some problem in shin/ankle/knee which stays for 2-3 days & 7KM is not achievable all the time. I have been doing strength training also since last 2.5 months.

Please suggest me a training schedule. I have a modest aim of completing Half Marathon in 150-160 minutes. Guide!
