2 hours is a decent time. If you train properly, you can look to bring it down by 5-10 minutes. Go to bottom of this link http://joyofrunning.in/preparetorun_training_guideline.html and click on Download training plan.
It will be a bit confusing. Let me know.
About nutrition, would suggest you eat normal Indian balanced diet and cut down on junk food. You might want to start on multi-vitamins.
