Hi Simran,
The diet should be a balanced one comprising of adequate amount carbs,protein,fats,minerals and vitamins.Try to avoid junk food like pizza,chips,etc.and foods having high fat content.The water intake is also importatnt as you need to rehydrate your body,go according to your thirst.
To be more specific about the diet,i would like to know about your training level.

Diet depends on your current fitness level.
To comment on it, if you can share few details viz. ur height, weight, ur age, ur routine of exercise, ur proficiency...r u a beginner etc.
