If you have only been doing 4 km till now and haven't started training for half marathon (21 km), I suggest you either stick to Great Delhi Run, i.e. 7 km, or do the beginners program from this link.
Go to bottom of http://joyofrunning.in/preparetorun_training_guideline.html and click on 'download training plan'. Start following beginners program.
