It entirely depends on what are looking from your running? One very simple fact about everything in life is, to get better at anything, you need to be outside your comfort zone. Also, you need to have variety to your running.
Please tell me what kind of time do you take to run say 10 km.

I want to follow 'intermediate program' but i am not able to understand the training program ...i checked out at http://web.mac.com/drrajatchauhan/iWeb/B2F/Running.html but still not clear
for example :
5 km + (2x2min + 2x2:30min + 2x3min AI) + 3 km
What does this mean ? please suggest the direct link where i can decode the 'intermediate program'
