Sir I am beginner. Followed the training regime that i found on this site. Completed the 17 km run comfortably without exerting much, it took me 2hrs 10 min. When i went for the 20 km run i started feeling slight pain in my right knee after 15km or so. I stopped running and walked for 4 km or so. There is no stiffness swelling and or restriction of range of movement. There is some bony crepitus in my knee on passive movement. I haven't run since then fearing that i might aggravate any injury. I am able to do daily activities without a painful knee...kindly suggest what should do next..
