Basically 7 kms run is testing our the physicalstress we can take in our day-to-day life,so have we set targets , if yes please share it .....

For me it will be 35-45 mins, keeping in mind i shd not be dying at end of it, :-)
"Start it on feet , don't end it on floor"..:-)
