Hi,
I have been running for 7-10 kms about 2-3 times a week. However, last week I
started having pain in the arch of my right foot, extending slightly over to shin.
I had my gait analysis done few months earlier and was detected with overpronation;
I was suggest to wear Nike Equalon 3+
I have registered for the half marathon, which I will be doing for the first time.
Please suggest the right approach/remedy for my problem, and how I can improve
the preparation.
