Well, i would love to run in marathon but i feel myself unfit for that, i have never run 7km i have just done 4 km and that too occasionally, i m with a height of 5.9' and weight of 85kgs, i wanna decrease my side fat mainly with body fatness.
You are requested to suggest me the process to decrease it along with the diets schedule, so that next time i could also run there in marathon.
