How can you keep running simple and enjoyable?
Delhi half marathon is coming, but irrespective of that my belief is that running is a simple pursuit.
Share your tips, shortcuts you have found to save time as a runner, to minimize prepration time before a run or afterward clean-up time.
This discussion is to share ABCs of running. So, contribute your ideas and thoughts to make running simple and enjoyable.

Eat light food, Practice daily, Monitor your performance, and most important keep your mind healthy and happy.

Follow a tried and tested schedule. DO NOT overtain. Thats the most frequent cause of injury.
Run with a friend, run alone, run with music, run early morning - do whatever makes you feel happy- but run 5 days a week - not more

Run with mouth close and breathing through nose. Breathing through mouth will tire you more. Run with music, think of something which is very interesting and set ur foot forward, relax your body do not become too stiff and move on.
