Runners from around the world are being invited for the “CW-X Kyoto Virtual Run 2021”. The event will take applications till February 21.
For CW-X, a thriving sportswear brand, this is the first running event in Thailand. The organization is a part of Wacoal Corp that has been one of the key sponsors of Kyoto Marathon. This event drew 16,000 runners from different parts of the globe for continuous 3 years.
Known as one of the 10 most-registered marathons in the world, the Kyoto Marathon will be held virtually this year keeping the Covid-19 guidelines in mind. It has also set a limit to the number of overseas registrations to not aggravate the pandemic situation further. But, the fans are responding surprisingly well to the race that is limited to only 1,000 runners in Thailand.
