Since Olympics has been postponed, this marathoner opted to be a parent

Aliphine Tuliamuk stunned the world with her quite an unexpected victory in the Olympic Trials Marathon that took place at the beginning of the last year. However, within less than 30 days, the event was put on hold due to the pandemic. Aliphine then started to focus on other marathons. But, almost every event was postponed or delayed. Keeping this sudden shift in mind, she and her partner are all set to plan a baby. They would give two months to try for a child. She elaborates, “We’ve been wanting to start a family, and so the disruptions to the 2020 season made it possible for us to start a family before the Olympics.”
