P S Tamang, the chief minister of Sikkim flagged off a marathon on 13 December, last Sunday. The event aimed to bring in more strength and motivation required to combat the pandemic. Nearly 575 participants ran for 15 km, showing their unwavering support to the cause.
The chief minister also urged the public to go for a healthy diet and do some workout every day. He informed that such events will be held all the more frequently to keep the civilians united and motivated for the cause.
