training out of schedule
Soumya Ranjan

I am a service person and can’t cope, with daily training routine. I am putting my best for running and pushing as far as possible for aerobics. Yet, I am not efficient to complete 21 km healthy. Only a month long remained to face this.

Can anybody help me to push my barrier as soon as possible?

Thanks,

Sorry Soumya, but there are no short cuts. And what you are asking for would only cause injuries.

you dont need to run 21k for practice. Run 8K first to check your stamina, rest, 10K and take rest for 2 days and then make your schedule accordingly. dont run if you are overtrained. take some carbs 2/3 hrs before a long run. Dont worry you should be able to do 21K.
